Trials and Tribulations

I've never blogged before but what the hey! My day today will be filled with driving offspring hither and yon. My son is in HS and doesn't ride the bus and my daughter who is in college had a car accident yesterday and is currently without wheels so....Not much will be accomplished on the knitting projects I'm doing (Carlottes Web shawl and fingerless mittens) as I have mega laundry and dishes to catch up on. I am recouping from Mommy fear of yesterday's accident but chatting on the phone with my closest friends helped immensely!

Remind not to dye wool or alpaca anymore. I SUCK! Everything comes out pink. I did it just as Nancy and Ann showed us and I have failed miserably. I'm just going to use it undyed or buy it dyed.

I've found your blog and this is great that you have started one. ENJOY IT! I'll visit often. Hope your daughter is doing well after yesterday and you are too. A major Mom stressor when a child has an accident.
